It's essentially a big hole in the ground, but the mobs have low HP and die fast. Erudin also has a LOT of undead which are very concentrated in a few areas, making Paladin swarming much easier as well. If you're a damn the torpedos type, you can pull the fire troops around the giant Solusek Ro, who is standing there in all his glory. So make this the exception to my disdain of HA leveling. Finally the yeti caves are a decent camp as well, offering two named yeti and if no one is doing the cockatrice then those two nameds as well. There are some sporali that are best left alone since this isn't a hotzone anymore and some birds/birdmen in the northwest corner, but otherwise it's undead elves and humans. Only thing that sucks is most of the mobs do AoE damage. When it isn't, it's a nice place for a change of pace, but I think exp is better elsewhere. I also find levitation to be a must as the zone is divided by a giant canyon and you spawn on the wrong side of the canyon. Erillion, City of Bronze (95-100)(Guild Hall, Buy a Stone of the Shard's Fall>TP to Shard's Landing>Erillion) - This place is pretty easy and is the easiest option here by far. Ah yes I always forget about this. Q: What happens if I don't have the money to pay for my merc? How do I fix this? You can conceivably go to 80, but it slows down and there is better exp to be had elsewhere. Everything is gnomes, constructs, slimes, minotaurs, and elementals. Fifth, Daybreak gives you an option to accept some 25% experience potions instead of your monthly 500 Cash. DO NOT USE FOLLOW HERE. That area is considered Tier 1 for the expansion. The adds are just too intense. They are a must going forward. Don't fight the ones in the fields as the majority of them are cleric mobs with big heals and a resistance to stuns. Then it starts to slow down. There are only a small handful of places where you have to fight more than one mob if you don't want to. Q: I'm the puller for my group but my merc won't stop attacking it when its all the way out in the middle of no where. They do not have much in the way of HP, but can hit hard. Hitting Ctrl+R to walk is very good idea here. He couldn't have made it THAT easy. This zone is sometimes a hotzone. By the time you reach 110 you should be able to clear all of those with a good group by the time the first one is available. I do solo leveling all the time for the challenge of it. As an alternative around 73, you can kill the pixies around the guild hall port in. Best thing though are the nameds. Healer mercs also have a few extra perks, what I mean by this is rezzing and buffing! The other big benefit is that you get Marks of Valor, which can be spent on gear in Ethernere Tainted West Karana. A bunch of the missions and HAs are actually really fun too if done once or twice. For AFK leveling/ AA grinding, you want to station your toons in one room and just sit there. The reason you select Journeyman is because the Journeyman mercenaries are better, stronger, faster and more advanced (Literally). It will pick up quite a bit around level 25, and you will get to 30 very very quickly. You are using an out of date browser. There is a fortress full of soldier type Alerans. I will provide some quick ideas if that's not the direction you wanna go. Hearthstone Mercenaries Ultimate Guide - Hearthstone Top Decks - The Everything is pretty spread out and it's dead simple to pull singles or just wander and kill. Fire, it depends, the stronger DS doesn't outbalance it's weak tankage. In the event Trakkanon is up, he will probably eat your face, so stay out of his room if he is until that friendly farmer shows up to farm him. The merc trio can easily handle content to level 80 with you solidly playing your main toon (and dragging along the other two characters). It is highly recommended that you do this. This zone is very confusing to get into from the "front door", but if you're coming here at 48 then it's the best place to go. It's called No Heroism Without Fear and begins at Investigator Drolmer. So much so that I don't even include information on gear until then. I will lay out a few spots to hit in this range. Old Bloodfields (84-88)(PoK>TP to Plane of Time>Portal to The Void>Old Bloodfields) - While it won't be as good as it was as a hot zone, OBF is still a pretty good place to pick up these levels. Available types are Tanks, Healers, Melee DPS, Caster DPS, and Support mercenaries. The other major reason is Alternate Advancement Auto-Grant. Wall of Slaughter (64-68)(Guild Hall>Buy Chipped Shard of Slaughter>TP to Wall of Slaughter) - Even with this not being a Hot Zone anymore, in this level range with a group this place is pretty great experience.
